- make sure your phone is:
Close enough to the gates (direct line of sight)
Bluetooth is turned on and any access permissions have been granted (Android)
The phone is compatible with the App and has BLE or Smart Bluetooth
The gates are turned ON and all the lights are blinking the way they are supposed
Check the Batteries on the gray boxes, sometimes they get inserted backward by accident
We recommend an iPhone or iPad, some Android phones have a bug in their Bluetooth that causes intermittent operation
Android phones: make sure Location is enabled (Settings->Location)
