- make sure your phone is:

  • Close enough to the gates (direct line of sight)

  • Bluetooth is turned on and any access permissions have been granted (Android)

  • The phone is compatible with the App and has BLE or Smart Bluetooth

  • The gates are turned ON and all the lights are blinking the way they are supposed

  • Check the Batteries on the gray boxes, sometimes they get inserted backward by accident

  • We recommend an iPhone or iPad, some Android phones have a bug in their Bluetooth that causes intermittent operation

  • Android phones: make sure Location is enabled (Settings->Location)
