Connecting and makinG Changes in settings

issue: The Gear icon in the bottom right corner is not changing from blue to gray

Step 1:

Bring the phone within 2 inches of the gray “S” pod until you see the Banner change to “Master” in the app as shown below.

Wait up to 2 minutes to allow for the phone and the timer to finish exchanging security information.

Step 2:

If step 1 did not work replace batteries in the gray “S” pod and try again

Step 3

If neither Step 1 nor Step 2 resolved the issue, turn off the Gray Finish Pod and bring the phone within 2 inches of the gray “S” pod until the banner shows “MASTER” and the gray gears become blue in the app, make desired changes in Settings, then turn the Gray Finish Pod back on.
