ArenaGear Fall Giveaway: Official Rules

October 6 – October 20, 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by ArenaGear Sports Timers, McKinney, Texas, USA ("Sponsor"). Questions: arenagear.net/contact.

2. Not affiliated with any platform

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or X Corp. By entering, each entrant fully releases Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc. and X Corp. from any and all liability in connection with the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

4. Promotion period

The Promotion begins October 6, 2026 at 8:00 AM Central Time and ends October 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

5. How to enter

  • Instagram: follow @arenagear, like the giveaway post, and tag a coach or rider in a comment on the giveaway post.
  • Facebook: comment on the giveaway post on the ArenaGear Sports Timers page.
  • X: follow @arenagear and repost the giveaway post.

Limit one entry per person per platform. Anyone found using multiple accounts, automated entries or other means to exceed the entry limit will be disqualified. Tags must be of real people; tagging fake or business accounts does not count. Entrants must have a public account so their entry can be verified.

6. Prizes

Two (2) prizes will be awarded:

  • Prize 1: one RM-510 Bundle timing gate system (approximate retail value: $699).
  • Prize 2: one RM-501B Barrel Racing timer (approximate retail value: $510).

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,209. Prizes are awarded "as is" with the standard manufacturer warranty. No cash or prize substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not transferable. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Shipping within the United States is included.

7. Winner selection and notification

On or about October 21, 2026, Sponsor will select two winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received across all platforms. The first winner drawn will receive Prize 1 and the second winner drawn will receive Prize 2; a winner who prefers the other prize may swap if both winners agree. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified by direct message or reply on the platform where they entered and must respond within 72 hours with a US shipping address. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn. Winners may be asked to confirm eligibility. Sponsor will only ever contact winners from its official accounts and will never ask for payment or a credit card.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, winners agree that Sponsor may announce their name or social media handle and post photos of the prize in use on Sponsor's website and social media channels, without further compensation.

9. General conditions

Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs its integrity, and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, or for entries not visible due to platform settings or errors. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

10. Limitation of liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used only to administer the Promotion and deliver prizes.

12. Winners list

Winners will be announced on Sponsor's social media accounts on or about October 22, 2026. For a winners list, contact Sponsor at arenagear.net/contact by November 30, 2026.

13. Governing law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
